Flickr Refreshr II

I now have 7,703 photos uploaded and there are still more to go! I uploaded about 4,000 more in the past 36 hours and that sent hits through the roof! Upwards of 2,600+ views. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that it’s going to be my last big spike. I did do [...]

FlickrBackup > FlickrDown

In response to LifeHacker’s FlickrDown “Featured Windows Download”, it is pretty pathetic. At least in relative comparison to FlickrBackup. FlickrBackup is much prettier, stabler, intuitive(er?), and less cachey. When I tried FlickrDown, it didn’t display all of the sets and wouldn’t update even after an uninstall/reinstall. And this was tested just [...]

FAT32format

Just for the record, if you ever need to format a large FAT32 partition or drive under XP 64-bit or Vista 64-bit, snag FAT32format. It’s a basic CLI utility and the usage is simple: “fat32format X:” where “X” is the drive letter you wish to format.

Birthday LAN Video

A few people had their heads cut off (sorry!).

Pictures from the party are posted here.

MunkeeSoft.com –> PhragMunkee.com

I decided to go ahead and roll up MunkeeSoft.com into PhragMunkee.com. MunkeeSoft was my development blog that had a whopping total of 5 posts in the past 2 years or so.

Updated Wordpress to 2.3.2

It’s updated!  And it was relatively painless.  I felt so inspired by this upgrade, that I went on to do a lot of web site and database maintenance on a bunch of other sites as well.  Whee!

Upgrading Wordpress to 2.3.2

I guess it’s about time to upgrade Wordpress for this site. It’s currently running 2.0.3 and the newest version is 2.3.2. That may not seem like a big jump, but apparently it is. 2.0.3 was released on June 1, 2006 and, for some reason, isn’t included in the download archive (typically not [...]

Updated Framework

This new tarball has the .htaccess file and a problem with the build_dsn() function fixed.
Download the updated version here.

Flying around in circles

“Assuming either the Left Wing or the Right Wing gained control of the country, it would probably fly around in circles.”
