FAT32format

Just for the record, if you ever need to format a large FAT32 partition or drive under XP 64-bit or Vista 64-bit, snag FAT32format. It’s a basic CLI utility and the usage is simple: “fat32format X:” where “X” is the drive letter you wish to format.
